More than 50 multinational companies among the hundred companies that join innovation and talent in the EAE Business School Barcelona Talent Week
EAE Business School Barcelona, belonging to Planeta Formación y Universidades, will celebrate its annual event with employability at Talent Week 2024, where throughout the entire week, from April 15 to 19, different initiatives related to talent and innovation will take place, from round tables, conferences, the live recording of the Business Matters podcast, to meetings with professionals in the sector.
A hundred companies, 50 of them multinationals, such as SAP, Sony, GB Foods (Gallina Blanca), Perfetti Van Melle (Chupa Chups), Danone, Grupo Mondelez, COTY, Revlon, BIC, PwC, TOUS, Swarovski, Adidas, Vueling, Nissan, Banc Sabadell, Bayer, Astrazeneca, among many others, will participate in this edition, on April 17, at the Fundació Museu Antoni Tàpies, which this year celebrates the artist's centenary, to find the best professional profiles among EAE students Business School Barcelona.
Throughout this day, there will be inspirational presentations around the axes on which the event pivots — sustainability, innovation, talent, and Barcelona — from the co-director of Primavera Sound, Alfonso Lanza; the Chief People Officer of PdPaola, Cristina García; the Marketing Director of the 37th America’s Cup Louis Vuitton, Carlota Artigas; the Director of Human Resources of GBFoods (Gallina Blanca), Diana Arias and the Talent Manager Spain also of GB Foods, Blanca García; the Project Manager at MWC, Marc Soldevila; and the talent Specialist of Raventós Codorniu, Paula Curto.
The Fundació Antoni Tàpies will also host the live recording of the Business Matters podcast with the director of the Professional Impact Unit, Anna Boixader and Isabel Salas, director of Human Resources and Communication at Gebro Pharma.
“At the Professional Impact Unit, our collective mission is to empower each student to navigate the complex and changing job market with confidence and confidence, and create the habits and connections necessary to generate impact opportunities throughout their working lives. Talent Week is one of the key events to highlight all of this,” says the director of the Professional Impact Unit, Anna Boixader.
Other activities around employability
Throughout the week, other initiatives around employability will be held, such as the talent talk, "Challenges in talent management", which will be moderated by the director of the Master in HR at EAE Business School Barcelona, Maite Moreno, and will feature Virgili Callizo, Head of Strategy People Projects at Cellnex; Cristina Robledillo, Global Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Diversity Director at Mango; Javier Arróniz, Director of Human Resources at Grupo Planeta and Marta de Llauder, CEO of Talent Point.
The Professional Impact Unit (PIU) will also hold workshops to enhance employability, improve personal brand image and attract potential clients to the business through LinkedIn and, in addition, student success stories will be announced.
Professional Impact Unit is the team of professionals dedicated to the professional development of EAE Barcelona students. It is the ecosystem responsible for talent finding its path of development to generate an impact on companies and the world. In this last year, the profiles that have been most in demand by companies are those who have studied the Masters in Marketing and Commercial Management; the Master in Big Data & Analytics and the Master in Supply Chain Management & Logistics. 87% of EAE Business School Barcelona master's and degree students participate in PIU services.
