Planeta Formación y Universidades, present with four of its institutions at AULA 2024
Once again this year, Planeta Formación y Universidades has been present at AULA, the international student and education fair held at IFEMA Madrid from 6 to 10 March. Specifically, four institutions from the higher education network were represented at the fair: UNIE Universidad, The Core, iFP - Innovación en Formación Profesional and EAE Business School Madrid.
The Minister of Education, Vocational Training and Sport, Pilar Alegría, was in charge of opening AULA 2024, accompanied by the Ministers of Science, Innovation and Universities, Diana Morant, and Equality, Ana Redondo. The event was attended by Segundo Píriz, rector of UNIE Universidad, together with the other rectors of Madrid's universities.
Afterwards, the ministers toured several of the fair's exhibitors, which allow students to find out about the different courses they can choose from, both in Baccalaureate and university studies, as well as in Vocational Training. The minister Diana Morant, together with Segundo Píriz, visited the UNIE Universidad stand, where she was able to see first-hand the educational offer of the Planeta Formación and Universidades institutions.
The CEO of Planeta Formación y Universidades, Carlos Giménez, and the General Director of Planeta Formación y Universidades for Madrid and Valencia, José Ramos, also checked in situ the educational offer of the four institutions represented, as well as interacting with some of the activities proposed in the technological corner of EAE Business School Madrid.
The visitors to this edition of AULA were able to see first-hand the new academic offerings of the four institutions of Planeta Formación y Universidades. This is the case of the new Nursing programme at UNIE Universidad, which completes its Health area with the Physiotherapy and Psychology degrees. Also, the new proposals of EAE Madrid with its University Degrees in Business Administration and Management, the Degree in Marketing and Communication and the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. iFP - Innovation in Vocational Training, for its part, has presented as a new launch the Specialisation Course in Cybersecurity in Information Technology Environments, thus covering all educational levels in the ICT area in vocational training. The Core School, for the first time at the fair, has presented to future students its training proposal in the Audiovisual, Content and Entertainment industry, one of the sectors with the greatest projection in Spain.
More than 140,000 people are expected to visit AULA 2024 at IFEMA Madrid until next Sunday, exceeding the figures of the previous edition.
