Planeta Formación y Universidades participates together with OBS Business School in the II DCH Global Summit

As part of its commitment to professional development in Latin America, Planeta Formación y Universidades is collaborating with OBS Business School in the II Global Summit of the International Organisation of Human Capital Managers - DCH, held in Bogota. A meeting with the aim of strengthening the commitment to professional development in the Ibero-American region and which will continue with collaborative actions between the two institutions until May 2025.

With the slogan ‘Leading change in the Future of Work’, this event organised by DCH brought together leaders from the sector on 6 and 7 June in Bogotá, Colombia, to address current trends and challenges to generate a positive experience for the people in the organisation.

Within the framework of this summit, Verónica Pastor, lecturer at OBS Business School and Business Partner People and Organisation New Businesses and Global Customer and Planning at REPSOL, gave the workshop ‘Employee Experience 4.0: Leading the Transformation’ with the aim of offering tools and strategies to understand, improve and develop the employee experience through organisational culture, internal communication, onboarding, leadership, professional development and recognition.

The workshop provided a learning space through inspiring examples of successful organisations to explore employee feedback and the role of managers in creating a corporate culture that fosters a positive work environment.
