Rome Business School, an institution of Planeta Formación y Universidades, held on 7 March the largest Job Fair ever organised by a business school in Italy, connecting 105 leading companies with more than 950 students and professionals seeking job opportunities.

The event brought together renowned companies such as Amazon, Toyota, IBM, Renault, Louis Vuitton, Oracle, and American Express, offering over 550 job opportunities across 16 sectors, ranging from finance, technology, and fashion to hospitality and project management. This initiative added to the 7,900+ job offers promoted by RBS’s Career Centre last year, reinforcing its commitment to the employability of its students.

From early in the morning, attendees had the opportunity to visit the stands of companies such as Bvlgari, Autostrade per l’Italia, and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, submit their applications, interact with recruiters, and take part in job interviews. They were also able to enhance their communication skills, receive guidance on selection processes, and gain insight into the culture and values of the companies.

Key topics included strategies to stand out in selection processes managed by artificial intelligence, talent acquisition in major corporations, and the importance of personal branding in boosting one’s professional career.

With this event, Rome Business School reaffirmed its commitment to shaping global leaders and serving as a bridge between emerging talent and the international job market. The Job Fair was not only a platform for opportunities but also a key space for building professional networks and fostering successful careers.
