The Ayuntamiento de Madrid and UNIE Universidad sign a general collaboration protocol to promote the culture and image of Madrid

The Mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, and the Rector of UNIE Universidad, belonging to Planeta Formación y Universidades, Segundo Píriz, have signed a general collaboration protocol to encourage and promote studies on the Spanish capital.

This initiative aims to promote the culture and image of the city of Madrid, thus promoting the rich history and vibrant life of the Spanish capital. It also seeks to encourage collaboration between the administration and the university to develop education and divulgation programmes that promote quality culture in all areas, as well as the creation of joint projects that position Madrid as a benchmark in innovation and development at a national and international level.

The initiatives promoted through this general collaboration protocol will be led by Francisco Marhuenda, Professor of Public Law and History of Institutions, Dean of the Faculty of Legal Sciences and International Relations at UNIE, and director of the newspaper La Razón.

This general collaboration protocol with the Ayuntamiento de Madrid underlines the importance for UNIE Universidad to be a driving force in the transmission of knowledge and in the participation of initiatives that promote research, culture and innovation.
