IBERONEX, a network of Planeta Formación y Universidades, and EAE Business School Madrid organised the Business Projection Workshop: Building Strategic Leaders for 25 ASCOOP managers and directors from cooperatives in Colombia and El Salvador.
The training focused on strengthening strategic planning, decision-making and leadership skills in a changing business environment. During the workshop, topics such as process optimisation, digital culture and change management were addressed.
This workshop provided practical tools to improve decision-making, strengthen leadership and promote an innovative and collaborative organisational culture.
