Universitat Carlemany celebrates its first TEDx with six inspiring voices challenging the present to transform the future
The Universitat Carlemany, part of Planeta Formación y Universidades, held its first TEDx Universitat Carlemany on 21 March 2025: an event that not only marks a milestone for the university, but also consolidates its role as a loudspeaker for transformative ideas within the international education ecosystem.
The meeting took place at the UNSQUARE STUDIO in Andorra la Vella and focused on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The six presentations focused on SDG 3: Health and well-being, SDG 4: Quality education, SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth, SDG 9: Industry, innovation and infrastructure, SDG 10: Diversity and inclusion and SDG 13: Climate action. Through diverse approaches and personal stories, each intervention offered a clear call for individual and collective action.
Under the official TEDx licence, this event is part of the global network of spaces for reflection promoted by TED, and reaffirms the commitment of the Universitat Carlemany to purposeful dissemination, sustainable action and connection with the great challenges of the present. A clear commitment to placing education at the heart of change.
