The future of Artificial Intelligence under debate at the Tech Summit 2024 at The Core School

On 14 and 15 November, the Tech Summit 2024 took place on the campus of The Core School, belonging to Planeta Formación y Universidades, a benchmark meeting for the audiovisual and technology sector organised by the Concejalía de Comercio, Fomento del Empleo y Emprendimiento of the Tres Cantos Town Council. The event brought together experts, entrepreneurs and students to explore the possibilities of the digital future through Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The event was attended by Daniel Rodríguez Asensio, Viceconsejero de Economía y Empleo of the Comunidad de Madrid; Montserrat Teba Díaz, Concejal de Comercio, Fomento del Empleo y Emprendimiento of the Tres Cantos Town Council; José María de la Torre Maroto, coordinator of the Club del Emprendimiento; and María Mercedes Agüero, Dean of The Core School.

During the two days of activities, attendees were able to enjoy presentations, round tables and workshops, which addressed topics such as the transformation of the labour market, cybersecurity and the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in business.

María Mercedes Agüero, dean of The Core School, stressed that ‘at The Core School we are delighted to host this edition of the Tech Summit on our campus, as a sign of our commitment to innovation and talent development, as well as to the creation of unique spaces for young students and professionals in the sector to exchange ideas and discover new opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence’.

All in all, Tech Summit 2024 was a unique opportunity to network with industry, explore the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence and foster entrepreneurship in the digital age.
