More than 20 business leaders from Colombia take part in an International Innovation Mission at EAE Business School Barcelona

More than 20 Colombian executives and managers from the private and public sectors are participating in the International Mission of Applied Innovation in Senior Management, organised by EAE Business School Barcelona, in collaboration with Compensar and IBERONEX, a network of Planeta Formación y Universidades

The objective of this mission is to strengthen the digital competencies and leadership skills needed to face the digital transformation and ensure business competitiveness. The bootcamp takes place from 18 to 22 November in Barcelona.

The participants represent high-impact companies and organisations in Colombia, such as Avianca, Medtronic Shared Services Americas S.A.S, Schneider Electric de Colombia S.A.S, Seguros del Estado S.A., Fundación Universidad Externado de Colombia, Universidad de La Sabana, Falabella de Colombia, Juan Valdez, among others. 

This diversity underlines the cross-cutting interest in innovation as a driver of transformation in different sectors, from technology and finance to education and business.

The participating companies are associated with Compensar, a renowned family compensation fund in Colombia, and the Campus of Science, Technology and Innovation of Bogotá, reflecting a joint commitment to empower human talent in strategic sectors.
