Barcelona Culinary Hub participates in the Science and Cooking World Congress 2024
Students from the 3rd year of the Grado Universitario de Dirección y Gestión Gastronómica at Barcelona Culinary Hub, an institution belonging to Planeta Formación y Universidades, took part in a practical activity at the prestigious Science and Cooking World Congress (SCWC), held in the Historic Building of the Universitat de Barcelona. The students carried out a neurogastronomy workshop with Fermina Pérez, a lecturer at the institution, with the aim of enabling the more than 60 attendees to explore the effects of sensory perception on the culinary experience.
